2.1 You must be 18 or older. We do not sell pesticides or any other product to anyone under 18. If we believe a buyer is under 18, we cancel the order and refund it.
2.2 This site is for farmers, agricultural professionals, institutions and businesses buying for agricultural use.
3.1 Give accurate details, including your state. Some products cannot be sold everywhere in India (clause 7). A wrong address or state may delay or cancel your order.
3.2 You are responsible for your password and anything done through your account. Tell us at once if someone else has access.
4.1 We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery where available. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price through a technical or human error, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. We may decline any order, and if we do we tell you why and refund in full.
Delivery, returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where these Terms and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy applies.
Some products are restricted or banned in particular states, even where they are legal elsewhere in India.
We may cancel any order, in whole or part, where a product is not permitted in your state, and we refund the cancelled portion in full. Please check before ordering. If you are unsure, call +91 7000528397 and we will confirm.
8.1 Use every product exactly as its approved label says: the registered crop, the dose, the timing, the number of sprays, and the waiting period before harvest. We are not responsible for loss, injury, crop damage, residue or regulatory action arising from use that departs from the label.
8.2 Store products sealed, in their original containers, away from children, animals, food and feed. Wear the protective equipment the label specifies. Do not reuse empty containers.
8.3 Advice from our agronomists is general guidance based on what you tell us. It does not replace the label, a soil test, or your local agriculture department. The decision about what to apply on your field is yours.
Products bought here are for your own agricultural use.
Reselling agricultural inputs needs a valid licence under the Insecticides Act, 1968, and the applicable fertilizer control order. To sell our products, apply through our dealership programme. Buying here does not make you an authorised dealer or give you any right to use our name, logo or images.
We warrant that our products match the composition on the label, are within shelf life on the date of dispatch, and are packed and sealed as described.
We do not warrant a result in the field. Performance depends on soil, weather, water quality, timing, dose, equipment and pest pressure, none of which we control.
If a product does not match its label, tell us with the batch number. We test it against our batch record, and where the check confirms a problem we refund or replace in full.
Nothing here affects your right to demand a warranty under section 19 of the Insecticides Act, 1968.
11.1 When you give us your number, you agree we may contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, app notification and phone about your orders and about products, offers and farming advice. This applies even if your number is on DND, because you have given consent directly.
11.2 Reply STOP to any promotional message, or email support@katyayaniorganics.com, and we remove you from marketing lists within 7 working days. Messages about an order you placed continue, because they are part of fulfilling it.
Everything on this site — text, product descriptions, dose tables, photographs, video, artwork, logos and the design — belongs to us or our licensors.
Do not copy, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission. You may link to any page as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest an endorsement that does not exist. Framing our pages inside another site needs our written consent.
“Katyayani” and “Katyayani Organics” are our trademarks. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them.
13.1 We dispatch within 24 hours of confirming an order. Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery is in their hands, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or local disruption. If a parcel has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will trace it or resend it.
13.2 We do not accept liability for yield, crop outcome or economic loss. See clause 10.
13.3 So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, crop or opportunity. Where we are liable, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to clause 13.4, the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to complain to the consumer forum where you live.

Every complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published here on the date you ordered, shown by the last-updated date above.
16.1 Force majeure. We are not in breach if we cannot perform because of something outside our reasonable control: natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, strike, war, government action, or failure of transport or communication networks.
16.2 Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
16.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
16.4 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a group company or a buyer of our business, without reducing your rights.
